ORDERS FOR GREECE

For the purchases of the products, the customer is charged with shipping costs that are calculated on a case-by-case basis based on the weight or volume of the items.
For the orders you choose to pick up from our store, you are not charged with shipping costs and you have 5 working days from the day of the order to pick up. After this period, the order is canceled.

Deliveries are made under normal conditions from 09:00 to 18:00.

The usual delivery time is:

1-3 working days in Central Greece.
1-5 working days in inaccessible areas ** and island destinations

* The delivery time of the products may be differentiate for areas with low accessibility as well as for the Dodecanese and the eastern Aegean. Also the delivery time of the products can be differentiated due to the extraordinary conditions caused by the pandemic and the particularly high number of orders, as there is a significant work load on Courier companies, resulting in delivery delays. RETURNS POLOCY

My ehome.gr provides the possibility of return in the following 2 cases:

1. Sale of the wrong product with proven fault of myehome.gr
2. Sending a product of poor and / or defective quality with proven fault of myehome.gr

In these cases the consumer can return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt along with all the original receipt documents. In any case, the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer, complete, without damage and in their packaging, accompanied by all documents and original purchase documents. In case the return does not take place within the above period or does not meet any of the requirements, myehome.gr may not accept any return and replacement.

As long as the above conditions are met, the return of the product is accepted and the consumer is entitled either to receive a credit balance of equal value for the purchase of another product / s of his choice from myehome.gr, or to receive back the price with the same way the order was paid. In case the purchase was made via credit, debit or prepaid card then a transaction will be canceled, corresponding to the card and not a cash refund.

If it is a re-ordering due to a defect or poor condition, we receive the product to be returned from the consumer’s space free of charge, as the cost of return is borne by myehome.gr

In another case of return of products, the buyer is charged with the shipping costs. In case of repeated returns or in case myehome.gr, in its absolute discretion, considers that a consumer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith, he has the right to reject the return request even if the above terms and conditions are met.

No changes are made during the promotion period or on discounted products.
For changes, the customer is always charged with the return costs and the costs of the next shipment.
If the customer chooses another way of sending or a transport company of his choice, the costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
All changes are always made, after timely consultation with the company.
Used products or problematic products of the customer’s fault will not be accepted and the company in any case bears no responsibility.
For orders outside Greece, the charge is made according to the invoice amount of the order.
In case of any violation of the terms of use, changes will not be accepted.
Order cancellation can be made only before the shipment – receipt of the products.
